Who provides the service
VisaARM is a brand of an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered in the Republic of Armenia. We act in our own name under the law of Armenia. Our registration details are available on request through our support.
What we do
We review your details and documents, hold a short call with you, prepare your documents for the job you chose and, together with our legal partner in the country of the job, prepare and file the work permit application with the employer. The exact scope depends on the plan you pay for.
No guarantee of decisions
Work permits, residence permits and visas are granted only by the state authorities of the country of the job, and hiring decisions are made by the employer. We do not and cannot guarantee a permit, a visa, a job, a salary or any timeline. Our service is the preparation of documents and support of your application, and it is complete when that work is done, whatever the decision.
Your responsibilities
You give true and complete information and genuine documents, keep your passport valid, and reply to our requests within 14 days. If the information is false or you stop replying, we may close your case under our refund policy.
Payment
Applying and the call with our team are free. After the call you choose a plan and pay its price in USDT or USDC to the wallet shown in your account, in the network shown there. You are responsible for sending the right coin in the right network; coins sent otherwise may be lost. Payment counts as made once we confirm the transaction. Your case goes to our legal partner only after that.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate refund policy, which is part of these terms. Refunds are arranged through our support team.
Your data
We process your personal data and documents as described in our privacy policy and share them only with the people and authorities needed for your application.
Our liability
Our total liability to you for the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for decisions of state authorities or employers, or for losses caused by coins sent to a wrong address or network.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Please contact our support first; we try to settle every question by agreement. Disputes that cannot be settled go to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you pay applies to your payment.
