Refund policy

Last updated: September 2026

How it works

The amount we return depends on how far your case has gone, because every stage costs us and our partners real work. Refunds are arranged through our support team.

Before your case goes to our legal partner

If you paid and your case has not been handed to our legal partner yet, we return 100% of the payment.

With our legal partner, before filing

If our legal partner is already preparing your case but the application has not been filed with the state authorities, we return 50% of the payment.

After the application is filed

Once the application is filed with the state authorities, the payment is not refundable.

Exceptions

If the case stops for reasons that do not depend on you, for example the employer closes the vacancy or our partner makes a mistake, we return 100% or move your payment to another job, as you choose. If the case stops because of you, for example false information or no reply for 14 days, the refund is 50% before filing and nothing after it. Passport translation that is already done and a meeting on arrival that already took place are not refundable.

How we pay it back

We send the refund in the same coin and network you paid with, to a wallet you give us, within 10 business days after we approve it. The network fee is deducted from the refund.

To ask for a refund, write to our support on Telegram: @visaarmsupport. Include your application number and the wallet for the refund.
